How do I find my member number?
Your Australian Retirement Trust member number will be on most pieces of communication from us- you should check Emails, letters, and statements. We can help you to find your member number if you don’t know it.
How do I update my name or date of birth?
You can update your name or date of birth in Member Online. simply log in, choose Profile > Personal details & tax file number, and update your details there.

Can I take Australian Retirement Trust with me when I change jobs?
The government has made Some changes to the way super works. If you change your job, You can keep the super fund You already have unless you put your money elsewhere.
But if you are starting your first job and Have never had a super account before, You will need to choose one or your employer will set up an account for you in a default fund they have chosen.

Can I transfer my Kiwisaver to Australian Retirement Trust?
Choosing to accept transfers is up to each super fund. Nowadays Australian Retirement Trust does not accept transfers from New Zealand funds.
